3. How does the app protect my personal and health data?
The app collects data such as health, fitness, location, and contact information in accordance with privacy standards like HIPAA, with practices that may vary based on usage or age. Version 1.0.6 introduces a prominent disclosure feature to improve transparency. Additionally, screenshot capture is disabled to help prevent accidental sharing of sensitive records through saved images.

7. What is my username?
When you register a new account using the QR code given to you by your health care provider, use the email that you gave to your provider. If you are unable to log in, please verify with your provider to ensure they have your correct email address. If it is different, ask them to provide you with a new registration QR code.
8. Why can’t I take screenshots?
To comply with HIPAA and prevent screenshots from being accidentally posted (for example, the iPhone can display images on a family TV or other streaming device), the ability to take screenshots is intentionally disabled.
