This Policy applies to Aarista and any of its affiliate companies (collectively “Aarista” or “Company”).
This Policy also applies to Aarista’s mobile applications listed on the App Store and the Google Play Store under the developer name Aarista Technology LLC, including the “Aarista Patient” and “Aarista Provider” mobile apps.
Purpose
This privacy notice (“Privacy Notice”) describes how Aarista (“us”, “we”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information that you provide to us, that we collect when you use the website located at www.aarista.com and other websites owned or controlled by Aarista (the “Sites”) or related mobile applications, or through your use of the Site and related forms intended for general communication with Aarista (collectively, the “Services”). This does not include Aarista’s electronic health record (EHR) digital health platform, which is governed by a separate privacy policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile apps “Aarista Patient” and “Aarista Provider.”
This policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site and our Services. We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site and our Services. By using the Site or any of our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection and Use
While using our Site or any of our Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. This includes information such as your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
Prominent Disclosure
The Aarista Patient and Aarista Provider apps collect and transmit users’ phone numbers to enable login authentication and account verification, specifically when a user registers for or accesses the app. This data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We may record your visits and use of our services. We may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your device, your activities on our site and your location. In addition, we may use information you directly and voluntarily provide to us through web forms, surveys, social media, blogs, forums, and other methods.
Personal information is data that can be used to identify you directly or indirectly or to contact you including, but not limited to, your name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number (“Personal Information”). This policy does not apply to anonymized information that cannot be used to identify you. We retain personal information collected via our website only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law.
Log Data
Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other data. SMS / Text Messaging
When you opt to receive SMS or text messages from Aarista, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to receive messages. We use this information solely to send you transactional SMS notifications related to your use of the Aarista platform, including but not limited to login verification codes, password reset codes, telehealth session invitations, on-call incident alerts, and mobile app authorization codes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@aarista.com.
Cookies
Cookies are files with small amounts of data, which may include an anonymous, unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and is stored on your computer’s hard drive. Like many sites, we use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.
Legal Matters

Data Retention and Deletion
Retention
We retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. As a healthcare technology platform, Aarista is subject to applicable medical record retention laws and regulations. Clinical records, patient data, and provider documentation may be retained for a minimum of ten (10) years, or longer where required by law or regulatory obligations.
Deletion Requests
You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at support@aarista.com.
Limitations on Deletion
Please note that while we will honor requests to delete account credentials and personal profile information where applicable, we may not be able to delete certain data, including clinical documentation or patient records, that we are legally required to retain.
If a deletion request cannot be fully fulfilled, we will inform you of the reason, including the applicable legal or regulatory requirement that necessitates retention.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 1, 2025, and will remain in effect except with respect to any future changes in its provisions, which will be made effective immediately after being posted on the Site. We reserve the right to update, change or revise our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site or any of our Services shall constitute your acknowledgment, agreement, and consent to abide by and be bound by the terms and conditions of any revised Privacy Policy.
