Program Name: Aarista EMR SMS Notifications
Program Description: Aarista sends transactional SMS messages to users of the Aarista healthcare EMR platform. Message types include login verification codes (2FA), password reset codes, telehealth video session invitations, on-call incident alert notifications, on-call acknowledgment confirmations, and mobile app authorization codes. All messages are transactional — no marketing or promotional content is sent via SMS.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity, login frequency, and on-call schedule. There is no fixed number of messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Customer Support: For help with SMS messages, reply HELP to any Aarista text message or email support@aarista.com.
Opt-Out: To stop receiving SMS messages from Aarista, reply STOP to any Aarista text message. You may also contact support@aarista.com or ask your administrator to remove your phone number from the system. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
